GRAPEFRUIT GINGER SPICED RUM PUNCH

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups Malahat Spiced Rum

  • 2 bottles (12 oz) ginger beer

  • 2 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

  • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves

  • 1 grapefruit (thinly sliced)

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the rum, ginger beer, grapefruit juice and champage to a large punch bowl.

  2. Add ice to the bowl.

  3. Mix in the mint leaves and sliced grapefruit.
